Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Sales to lead
and mentor a large sales team in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and inspire a sales team of 30+ representatives to exceed
performance metrics
Develop and implement sales strategies for customer acquisition and
revenue growth
Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and training
opportunities
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales leadership with a track record of
managing large teams
Experience in high-growth environments, preferably in personal
development or health and wellness
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Self-directed and organized, capable of managing multiple
priorities in a fast-paced setting
