Job Description:
A company is looking for a Journeyman Management Analyst to
oversee application onboarding into Microsoft Azure and manage help
desk operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for applications into
Azure
Oversee the help desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution
of tickets
Lead team meetings and provide guidance to enhance team
performance
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in project management
Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret Clearance
Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud application onboarding is
preferred
