Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $1250,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

The job opportunity is for a Production Support Lead who can handle day to day Production issues, troubleshoot problems and fix them as needed. Good knowledge of ITIL will be helpful. This position will also include Incident Management, Problem Management, Change and Knowledge Management, managing onshore offshore teams. Should be able to handle client queries and be the front face of application support
