of our success is yours.The Impact You Will Have Distribution
Strategy & Transformation Director will play a critical role in
shaping and executing the strategic vision for Allianz Commercial
NA's distribution across lines of business. Under the supervision
of the Regional Head of Distribution this individual will be
responsible for driving transformational initiatives, enhancing
operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with the overarching
business goals. Additionally, the role includes overseeing
distribution field operations to ensure seamless execution and
alignment with strategic objectives. The position requires a blend
of strategic thinking, leadership, hands-on project management and
the ability to work with leadership and peer groups. Some of your
specific responsibilities could include:
- Collaborate with LOBs and across Distribution to develop
actionable strategic plans and communicate and align strategic
vision with key stakeholders and teams
- Identify and prioritize key transformational projects to
enhance Distribution-related business processes
- Analyze current operations to identify areas for improvement
and resource allocation efficiency
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline
workflows
- Regularly review and adjust strategies to ensure they align
with Allianz Commercial NA's overall business objectives
- Establish standard operating procedures and organizational
alignment for the zones' structure
- Monitor and project manage the performance of
distribution-related field operations to ensure seamless execution
(i.e., across Distribution, LOBs, and other key stakeholders)
- Develop actionable plans that translate strategic ideas into
practical steps and/or processes
- Engage directly in key projects to drive execution and resolve
challenges What You'll Bring to the Role
- Minimum of 11 years experience in market analysis and ability
to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to
inform strategic decisions
- Minimum of 11 years experience in problem solving and
identifying ambitions, current state, gaps, and "how to win"
- Ability to make data-driven decision making
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and/or
direct/collaborate with NA reporting (LOBs, Sales Planning) to
drive strategic planning and measure the success of
initiatives
- Expertise in managing projects from inception through
completion, ensuring scope, time, budget, etc.
- Actively address inefficiencies and implementing process
improvements to enhance operational improvement
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar The
annualized base pay range for this role is $130,988 - $224,550. The
annual base salary range represents nationwide market range. The
actual salary for this position may be above and will be determined
by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and
location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials
and experience of the candidate. The base pay is just one component
of the AzC total compensation package. As part of our comprehensive
compensation and highly rated benefits programs, employees are also
eligible for annual performance-based cash incentive awards.56818 -
