Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment by interacting with guests, taking orders, and managing payments. Responsibilities include building rapport with guests, maintaining efficient service standards, understanding the menu, and offering order suggestions. Additional duties include assisting with training, thorough cleaning, and adhering to company policies. Requirements include valid food handler certification, TIPS certification, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, multi-task, and communicate effectively. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting 30 lbs, and performing repetitive bending, stopping, twisting, and lifting of products and supplies.
* Cultivate meaningful interactions with new and returning guests to build rapport.
* Maintain efficient and friendly service standards while delivering a memorable dining experience to each guest.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including daily specials, allergens, and dietary restrictions.
* Offer order suggestions and answer guests' questions.
* Assist in the training and supervision of support staff.
* Thoroughly clean and sanitize the dining room area and equipment.
* Participate in the inventory management and restocking of bar supplies.
* Handle guest inquiries and requests courteously and efficiently.
* Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
