Job Title: Fine Dining ServerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team at 154 Scott. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that exceeds their expectations.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Direct floor staff to ensure the fulfillment of our hospitality standards and service protocols.
• Lead floor service, ensuring that it runs smoothly and that the team is working efficiently and effectively.
• Facilitate communication between floor staff and kitchen to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Problem-solve guest incidents or complaints, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
• Consistently help create memorable experiences for our guests by personalizing service and anticipating their needs.
• Recognize and engage with regulars and VIP guests to make them feel valued and appreciated.
• Host the guests' complete dining experience, from greeting to farewell.
• Retrieve and input F&B orders accurately, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure proper table maintenance, including mise-en-place, to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
• Ensure payment is completed for each guest, providing accurate and efficient service.
• Acknowledge and complete special requests, providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Lead assigned back server throughout service, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Maintain professional and consistent communication with leadership, providing updates and feedback as needed.
• Participate in executing on-site events as needed, providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Complete assigned side work, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Responsible for knowing the full menu, including the full wine list, to provide expert recommendations and service.
• Familiar with the industry's best practices, including the Department of Health standards, to ensure compliance and exceptional service.Requirements:
  • Prior fine-dining experience (2+ years required).
  • Energetic and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Extensive knowledge of wine and beverage pairings, as well as beer and liquor.
  • Knowledge about a variety of cuisines, including fine dining and casual dining options.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Reliable, dependable, and responsible, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on providing accurate and efficient service.
  • Willing to learn new and exciting things, with a passion for growth and development.
  • Experience with Aloha, Toast, Micros, or a similar POS system, to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, with a focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
