Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist to provide
support for CIS SecureSuite products.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support issues for CIS SecureSuite Member
products
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and technology issues, and
replicate customer issues
Develop and document FAQs and technical guides for CIS products
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Information Security,
Cybersecurity, or related field
2+ years of related work experience
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows and UNIX servers
Experience with installing and configuring UNIX and Windows OS in
VMWare and cloud platforms
Must be authorized to work in the United States
