Job OverviewUnder the supervision and direction of the Physician
and Medical Director, the Nurse Practitioner provides primary care
to our visiting Day Center participants by evaluation participant
physical complaints and providing appropriate treatment. Some
travel to nursing facilities or patient homes during the week may
be required. Focus on quality, collaborative care- patient care at
your own pace.
