About the Role:We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at CareConnect. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Qualifications:
  • You must be a Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA).
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency.
  • Demonstrated adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Able to read and write at a 5th-grade level.
  • Driver with a reliable car preferred.Benefits:
