  • 54 med/surg/tele beds, 10 ICU, OR/SDS, radiology/IR, ER
  • The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions)
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of experience required
    • Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication
    • Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred
    • Epic experience required
      • Schedule Information
      • Shift Times: Night shift HOURS: M-F 930p-730a, Sat/Sun 830p-730a
      • Schedule follows a 7 on, 7 off rotation
      • Weekend Requirement: Every other
      • Contract Hours/BiWeekly: 72 hours
      • Holiday Requirement: Per unit need
      • Block scheduling? Yes, 7 on, 7 off
