About the Role:Misi, a renowned pasta-focused restaurant, seeks a dedicated Service Manager to lead its Dining Room team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a fair and consistent management style, and a strong wine and spirit foundation.Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire, support, and direct Dining Room team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead with the Grovehouse values in mind, promoting internal growth and professional development for team members.
• Prepare the dining room for service, including publishing daily floor plans, menu printing, and preparing daily tip sheets.
• Lead daily team pre-shifts, focusing on motivation, education, and engagement.
• Support Dining Room team members during service, ensuring the team's safety and security.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as supply inventory, scheduling, and guest satisfaction engagement.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ResyOS
