Golden Age Hospitality is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead the team at our upcoming East Village cocktail bar and nightlife venue.The ideal candidate will be a charismatic and confident leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will be responsible for creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, building a loyal guest base, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive guest experience strategy
• Lead a team of bartenders, servers, and door staff to deliver exceptional service
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and labor costs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the venue and drive sales
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesRequirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in nightlife or hospitality management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving guest satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstancesWhat We Offer:
