Job Description:
As the Director of Aviation Partner Growth, you will be
responsible for the strategy and success of CLEAR's growth
initiatives at airports nationwide. You will find ways to maximize
revenue, capitalize on new opportunities, and ensure the CLEAR
member experience is world class.What you'll do:
- Identify new channels to bring added value to CLEAR members and
drive revenue to CLEAR.
- Own and define strategies for each product line and market,
identifying customer needs, shaping competitive strategy, and
executing plans to grow the business.
- Drive growth and revenue through innovative and effective go to
market strategies, process efficiencies, and customer experience
improvement strategies.
- Define and build key business metrics and influence the
organization (product, legal, operations, marketing, etc) to take
the right action in response to the data.
- Analyze data & generate insights to drive practical high impact
business recommendations.
- Be the key stakeholder for cross-functional workstreams,
driving execution and coordination across teams.
- Keep a close pulse on the competitive landscape and
opportunities for CLEAR to win market share by providing a
differentiated customer-centric experience.How you'll measure

- Expansion of partner portfolio within new verticals
- Annual revenue generated from new partner channels
- Attainment of revenue goals including Annual Recurring
Revenue

management.

- Experience in the travel industry and/or client services is a
plus; experience with airports or airlines a bigger plus.

$150,000 - $180,000, depending on levels of skills and
experience.The base salary range represents the low and high end of
CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary
depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to
location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range
listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package
for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses,
