Executive Alliance is pleased to represent a leading global manufacturer and distributor of consumer skincare products. They have a 30-year standing of developing popular, high quality products that are sold and distributed by major partners in over 100+ countries worldwide.
They are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Innovation, Consumer Products (Korean Language) to work on a hybrid schedule (four days on-site, one open day of the employee's choice remote) out of the company's campus HQ location in Nassau County, New York.
NOTE: This is a hybrid opportunity, so only candidates accessible to Nassau County, New York or Western Long Island/Queens, N.Y. will be considered for this role. Relocation support could also be eligible for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning and Strategy:Define and review business strategies to align with the company's goals and objectives.Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and enhance market positioning.

Product Management:Oversee product selection and manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely launches.Lead the transition from product ideation to market introduction, ensuring alignment with market demands.Collaborate cross-functionally with related departments to support innovative product development and execution.

Revenue & Performance Management:Manage and optimize revenue streams to meet financial targets, overseeing P&L responsibilities.Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to ensure profitability.

Marketing Management:Provide strategic guidance for marketing initiatives and ensure effective implementation of campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

International Business Strategy and Support:Develop and execute international business strategies to expand the reach of cosmetic brands.Provide support to international markets, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Manage service requests from other departments and ensure efficient communication across teams.

Project Management:Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, reporting and escalating issues to management as necessary.Ensure proper execution of product development with third-party manufacturers.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is a plus.Minimum of seven (7) years of corporate experienceProven experience in business planning, strategy development, and execution.Strong background in product management and marketing, including managing the launch process from start to finish.Ability to work successfully in a deadline-driven environment with a sense of urgency.Strong understanding and passion for the beauty and fashion category, culture, and seasonal trends.Excellent organizational planning and follow-up skills, with assertiveness, flexibility, and adaptability.Proficiency in both Korean and English (Required).Positive attitude and ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently and timely.Authorized to work in the U.S.
