- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 and other quality management
systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for
product defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous
improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Perform data analysis and statistical evaluations to monitor
product quality trends.
- Lead supplier quality audits and assessments to ensure
compliance with company standards.
- Develop and oversee quality control procedures, including
inspection and testing protocols.
- Participate in new product development by ensuring quality
standards are met from design to production.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards,
procedures, and best practices.
- Manage non-conformance reports and work to resolve
quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track quality
metrics and ensure regulatory compliance.ProfileQuality Engineer:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience with ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause
analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
- Knowledge of FMEA, 8D, and corrective action processes.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional
