Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant (General Ledger) to
join their finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform month-end and year-end close activities, including journal
entries and reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses for
senior management
Coordinate and support external audits, including preparation of
audit schedules
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA or MBA preferred
3-6 years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on
general ledger accounting
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(GAAP)
Previous experience in public accounting preferred
