General Summary:
The IT Help Desk Representative assesses and troubleshoots computer
support problems and applies an understanding of computer software
and hardware products and services to resolve the problems of
users.
Key Essential Responsibilities:
The IT Help Desk Representative works under the direction of the IT
Infrastructure Manager exercising limited independent judgment and
decision making and requires moderate supervision.
