We seek a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for a Part-Time position at our Shrewsbury, New Jersey Center. This center is located in Monmouth County, close to Red Bank.Compensation:W2 modelPart-time employees can earn $75,000-$118,000 annually.Requirements:Active and unrestricted APRN licensure in the state of New Jersey.PMHNP CertificationMinimum of two years post-certification experience.The APN is required to have both a valid and unrestricted CDS & DEA in the State of New Jersey.Experience providing care to clients with an array of mental health disorders across the lifespan.Advantages:W2 Position - Strong rates of reimbursement to maximize your income. Clinicians are paid ahead of collections.401k with employer contributionMalpractice insurance provided.Expedited credentialing: we take care of everything.Job Responsibilities:Perform psychiatric evaluations.Necessary psychiatric case managementMedication management services and associated documentation.Provide and demonstrate the APN knowledge base as a resource for implementing each patient's treatment plan.Ensure the appropriateness of clinical services for new patients and established patients.Prescribe medication to patients of the practice when clinically indicated.Keep and maintain appropriate clinical records relating to all professional services rendered.Prepare and attend to all reports necessary for provider engagement.Collaborate with members of the multi-disciplinary treatment team (clinicians and other clinical staff) to ensure effective delivery of the facility's spectrum of clinical services.Participate in interdisciplinary staff meetings as required to coordinate and review the delivery of patient care.Comply with local, state, and federal confidentiality laws and regulations.Collaborate with professionals, both within and outside of the practice, as clinically indicated.Abide by Psychiatric and Behavioral Health's policies, procedures, associated compliance, and protocol measures.Utilize associated EMR systems for scheduling, telehealth visits, and appropriate patient documentation.About Psychiatric & Behavioral Health of New Jersey:At Psychiatric and Behavioral Health of New Jersey, we believe in comprehensive individualized care designed to meet the specific needs of each individual/family.
